Anti-oxidizing masterbatches
This group of masterbatches with trade name NovinStab® are used in polymeric products to provide thermal stability, and inhibit thermal degradation while processing and in the duration of product consumption. They provide the mentioned properties via stabilizing radicals produced by heat or oxygen.
Anti-UV masterbatches
This group of masterbatches with trade name NovinStab® are used to provide optical stability in different polymeric products, and to inhibit polymer degradation by UV rays resulting in more durable products, both indoors and outdoors. Anti-UV additives and optical stabilizers incorporated in these masterbatches ensure excellent performance.
Polymer Processing Aid Masterbatches
This group of masterbatches with trade name NovinAid® provide processing aid for a smoother production and a better outcome. Advantages of using these masterbatches include reduction of surface roughness caused by melt fracture, increasing production capacity, decreasing energy consumption and maintenance costs, and a smoother production.
Slip Masterbatches
This group of masterbatches with trade name NovinSlip® are mainly used in film production to act as a friction reducer between two layers of film, and between film and the production machines. These masterbatches come in two major categories, fast migrating and slow migrating. One of these two kinds is chosen depending on the final properties of the film, and the printing method.
Anti-block Masterbatches
This group of masterbatches with trade name NovinBlock® are mainly used in film production to prevent a layer of film from sticking to its adjacent layers resulting in a blocked film, thus easing the separation of film layers from each other. These masterbatches will increase the friction coefficient of the surface of product, resulting in a much lower cohesion between the layers. The performance of these masterbatches are designed based on, and evaluated using ASTM D3354.
Anti-block slip masterbatches
This group of masterbatches with trade name NovinSlip® will provide the delivered by both anti-block and slip masterbatches combined.
Flame-retardant masterbatches
This group of masterbatches with trade name NovinRetard® contain halogenated additives which will increase the fire resistance of the product, as well as inhibiting their flammability. These masterbatches offer excellent flame retardancy properties in accordance to UL-94 and DIN 4102 standards.
Anti-static Masterbatches
This group of masterbatches with trade name NovinStat® will make the static charge on the surface of the product to disperse homogeneously via reducing surface and volumetric electrical resistance. Beside anti-static properties, these masterbatches are used in PP injection-molded products as slip agents, and in injection molding as a release agent, plasticizer and time reducer.
Glossing masterbatches
This group of masterbatches with trade name NovinBright® exhibit excellent white fluorescent effect, and incorporating them will result in a product with a glossier surface. These masterbatches will also remove the unwanted color reflections from the surface, and will decrease the yellow undertone and the opaqueness. They will also give a “face-lift” to the recycled polymeric materials.
Clearing masterbatches
This group of masterbatches with trade name NovinClear® are based on PP, and will provide excellent transparency in produced PP products to the maximum available level. Also, using them will decrease the injection cycle time, and increase thermal and dimensional stability of the product.
